Shelby Steffen, M.D.

Shelby Steffen is a board-certified family medicine physician. She was raised in a small farming community in Northeast Nebraska. She completed her undergraduate studies at Nebraska Wesleyan University and then completed medical school at University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2018. She and her husband, Spencer, then moved to Lincoln Nebraska for residency.

Dr. Steffen likes to treat patients of all ages. She truly enjoys treating all members of a family and following them throughout their lives. Additional areas of interest include chronic disease management, nursing home care, in office procedures along with pediatric and women’s care.

Dr. Steffen and her family are thrilled to be living in the beautiful Black Hills and look forward to exploring it with their three children. Her personal hobbies include running, biking, reading, baking, and chasing three small children.
