Rafael Christian, PA-C

Rafael Christian, PA-C, DMSC, is a Physician Assistant at Monument Health Dermatology in Rapid City. He earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies and Doctor of Medical Science (DMSC) from Pacific University in Oregon. Rafael has a strong interest in dermatologic care, including the evaluation and management of skin conditions and assisting in procedures. He is known for his thorough approach and clear communication, helping patients feel comfortable and well informed throughout their care. Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), Rafael is committed to providing compassionate, patient centered care.

Originally from Puerto Rico, Rafael now calls the Black Hills home. He enjoys spending time with his wife, their two children and their dog. Outside of the clinic, he has a passion for photography and playing the piano.
